IzoWall MWF-U/MWF-F composite panels use innovative technology based on ionisation to increase adhesion between the core and cladding, two core densities (80 kg/m³ and 110 kg/m³), increased number of lamellas (11 pcs) with reduced width (approx. 100 mm), increased contact pitch (up to 200 mm) and horizontal cutting direction.

Production is carried out in three integrated modules, which are necessary for the manufacture of innovative lightweight panels with a mineral wool core.

The panels are characterised by exceptional aesthetics thanks to the profiled facings, durability ensured by large bending radii, high fire resistance thanks to the double lock, excellent thermal insulation and the highest safety standards thanks to the non-combustible mineral wool core with two densities.

The proprietary cutting method enables the production of hybrid panels (wool/ polystyrene), utilises the high compressive strength of the wool in the longitudinal direction, ensures better flatness of the core, less waste and a higher final product quality due to the spreading of the lamellae at an angle of approximately 3°.
