Izopanel provided comprehensive sandwich panel solutions for the modern logistics facility Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV (Aldi) in Lisi Ogon.
Distribution centre near Bydgoszcz, built by general contractor KAJIMA for Panattoni, with an area of 61,000 m², mostly destined for the chain of discount shops of the brand ALDI (43 000 m²). It is equipped with cold and freezer rooms with a total area of 10,500 m² and a volume of 121,000 m³. As far as the general contractor is concerned, the realisation of the entire logistics complex took place under the design & build formula and multi-criteria BREEAM certification.
The Izopanel sandwich panels used contributed to the high insulation performance of the facility, which was an important element in the certification process.
The realisation in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region confirms Izopanel's position as a leading supplier of composite panels for modern industrial construction. The solutions used support the energy efficiency of the facility, in line with current trends in sustainable development.
