About the investment
Panattoni, the market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed a BTS for Carrefour. The 50,000 sq m investment was built in Będzin, in the Dąbrowa Basin.
The height of the building is as high as 13 metres and over 13,000 sq m is occupied by a high-tech cold storage facility. The development was built to a standard that allows for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The developer has realised more than 5,000 sq m of green roof.
Carrefour took advantage of its location in the centre of the Silesian Voivodship and its excellent connection to the A1 and A4 motorways.
Performance references
Cooperation with Izopanel on the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV North project was exemplary. The sandwich panels delivered met all the required technical parameters, which contributed to obtaining BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. We particularly appreciate the timeliness of deliveries and the high quality of the products, which allowed for the smooth implementation of the 29,600 m² facility.
