About the investment
Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka is a logistics centre located 2 km from the junction "Rawa Mazowiecka Północ", where the S8 and DK72 roads intersect. The centre's location provides excellent access to the country's main transport routes - the A1 and A2 motorways and the S8 motorway. The project offers more than 130,000 sqm of space.2 storage space.
The project, carried out by the general contractor Rex-Bud Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. S.K.A.The plan is to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
The Izopanel sandwich panels used contributed to the high insulation performance of the facility, which was an important element in the certification process. The facility provides 12 m of storage height.

Cooperation with Izopanel on the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV North project was exemplary. The sandwich panels delivered met all the required technical parameters, which contributed to obtaining BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. We particularly appreciate the timeliness of deliveries and the high quality of the products, which allowed for the smooth implementation of the 29,600 m² facility.
