HILLWOOD ŁOWICZ POŁUDNIE is a modern warehouse park located approx. 1 km from the A2 motorway entrance (Łowicz). The location facilitates transport with Warsaw or Berlin, quick access mainly on the north-south route. Fire load +4,000 MJ/m² and 12m storage height.
The project, completed for Hillwood, was awarded the prestigious BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The Izopanel sandwich panels used contributed to the high insulation performance of the building, which was an important element in the certification process.
The realisation in the Łódzkie region confirms Izopanel's position as a leading supplier of sandwich panels for modern industrial construction. The solutions used support the energy efficiency of the facility, in line with current trends of sustainable development.

Cooperation with Izopanel on the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV North project was exemplary. The sandwich panels delivered met all the required technical parameters, which contributed to obtaining BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. We particularly appreciate the timeliness of deliveries and the high quality of the products, which allowed for the smooth implementation of the 29,600 m² facility.
