Izopanel has provided comprehensive sandwich panel solutions for the modern GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre facility. The investment by developer GLP in the Mazovia region is distinguished by its beautiful colours and custom-designed panel layout in toned shades of blue. The facility is located in Natolin and offers 23,400 m² modern warehouse space and A-class offices.
The project, carried out by general contractor CFE Polska, was awarded the prestigious BREEAM certificate. The Izopanel sandwich panels used contributed to the high insulation parameters of the building, which was an important element in the certification process. The cubic capacity of the facility is 327 427 m³
The realisation in the Mazowieckie voivodeship confirms Izopanel's position as a leading supplier of sandwich panels for modern industrial construction. The solutions used support the energy efficiency of the facility, in line with current trends of sustainable development.

Cooperation with Izopanel on the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV North project was exemplary. The sandwich panels delivered met all the required technical parameters, which contributed to obtaining BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. We particularly appreciate the timeliness of deliveries and the high quality of the products, which allowed for the smooth implementation of the 29,600 m² facility.
