Izopanel has provided comprehensive sandwich panel solutions for a modern logistics facility. BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer owned by the NREP NSF IV investment fund. BIK's operations are overseen by Logicenters, NREP's logistics platform. The total floor area of the facilities built by the Atlas Ward team within BIK Park Wrocław is nearly 50,000 m.2. The investment, like the first one, is covered by a certification BREEAM.
Izopanel sandwich panels contributed to the high insulation performance of the building, which was an important element in the certification process.
The realisation in the Lower Silesia region confirms Izopanel's position as a leading supplier of sandwich panels for modern industrial construction. The solutions used support the energy efficiency of the facility, in line with current trends of sustainable development.
